A Letter Written to Jim Harper

Hi Jim,

I just wanted to let you know that as a loyal Magic listener, when I was in need of refinancing my home several years ago, I called one of your advertisers, Union Financial Services. I spoke with Dave Hardin who was more helpful than I ever expected. He took a long time discussing the different financing options that were available at the time and how different choices would affect us in the future. He was extremely knowledgable and was able to offer us many choices. We refinanced our home through Union Financial with no hidden or extra fees or surprises and ended up being able to save a couple hundred dollars per month.
